Lunches and dinners include appetizer, first course, main course, sweet, sour or brandy and coffee. The daily menu varies according to seasonal produce
Cooking classes
The courses are held in the restaurant of the house, have a duration of about 3 to 4 hours, starting at about 15.30 – 16.00. During the course you will learn the tricks to make typical Tuscan dishes and toast with a fresh Vernaccia di San Gimignano (white wine typical of the area).

Yoga in villa
Valerio is a yoga instructor, and he gladly takes lessons to all guests who wish it. The lessons last about an hour and a half and are held in the lawn of the villa, at 7 am or at 6 pm.
