Vernaccia di San Gimignano D.O.C.G:
This wine has a composition made from 100% grapes Vernaccia di San Gimignano, grown to a height of hills 250 to 280 meters above sea level with the exposure of the vineyards facing south and east, is harvested to the second and third week of September and is bottled in April following the harvest. The color is a pale yellow with greenish reflections, with an intense aroma, fruity and full-flavored and an almond aftertaste typical of the vineyards of Vernaccia di San Gimignano

Chianti Colli Senesi D.O.C.G
The composition of this wine made from Sangiovese, Malvasia del Chianti and Canaiolo, the vineyard is in the South East with an altitude of 280 meters above sea level. Is harvested in the first week of October and is left to ferment in concrete tanks and then aged in French oak barriques of second passage. It is bottled in September after the harvest. The color is a deep ruby red with a fruity and persistent with definite hints of iris and violet. This Chianti has a dry taste and moderately tannic.

Title: “A charming place with two wonderful person”
Review: I had the pleasure of staying in October at Le Ginepraie unfortunately only for a long weekend in the company of some dear friends. The place is lovely but for those who like me know the Tuscany as 10 years find themselves in a beautiful villa and well-kept old times with unspoilt nature and beautiful scenery is quite normal. What is really truly exceptional is the reception courtesy and services offered by the owners Valerio and Paola, two wonderful persons you offer not only a wonderful stay in a beautiful Tuscany Villa surrounded by nature, but welcome you into their world of calm serenity joy and making you feel emotions beautiful …. perhaps it was a beautiful place …. perhaps the extraordinary homemade cakes Paoletta …. maybe the chatter in the evening with Valerio … but it was a touching healthy for both the body and soul … an experience not to be missed.

Review: I was stressed, tired, I’d had enough of the city, the brunch, the chatter, voices were lost in the noise …. and then by chance in October I booked here ….. in this beautiful Villa, the breathtaking view ….. I did yoga and found the pace of life …. in two days …. two wonderful days with the fabulous company Valerio and Paola, meo and all the people of the village ….. and not only the beauty of the place, the services and the nature …. but everything else …. in those landscapes from movies I have lived my movie …… and coming home I brought with me The Ginepraie. not … and the usual farm … and believe me …. ‘something more …… A place suspended in the sky …..

The house that we offer for rent is on two floors and has a beautiful swimming pool (see photo)

This holiday home is called Villa le Ginepraie and can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people since it has 5 rooms with double bed and two sofa beds. Today we are publishing the following review written for our villa in Tuscany from our guests who have rented the villa for two weeks in September:
Title of review: A family holiday of a lifetime
Review: We celebrated my 60 th birthday with 10 family members: with the three boys of us and their wonderful girlfriends and another young couple.
This Tuscan villa was the perfect setting for our holiday,situated in the lovely tuscany countryside; at several evenings we could watch deers coming out of the forrest to feed on the grass just a few hundered meters away.
The large pool was a steasdy source for fun, well maintained by Valerio who was our outstanding landlord: he was a perfect resource of advice for our trips and activities ( horse riding, trapp shooting,restaurants, wine tasting….) Valerio and Paola were the most wonderful hosts, very decent, always helpfull and full of Italian spirit and humour.The secret extra was the most lovely tomcat we ever met:it strolled over to us and became part of our family in this week
The Villa is very well equipped with all kind of kitchen devices so it was very enjoyable to prepare the meals for even this large group.
Valerio took care for a good supply on firewood so we could use the three fire chimneys at several romantic evening sessions,and we had additional access to a barbecue , we even tried once to bake pizza ( with limited success)
The spacious ground was perfect for all kind of sport activities like volleyball or speedminton, during our stay there was not as much wind as we expected from the villas video ( even our skite did not work)
The area arround the Villa is less populated than the southern part of Tuscany, so it may take arround 15 minutes for the shopping in Volterra or San Gimingiano , we visited additionally Pisa , Firenze, Livorno and Lucca and some of our youngsters made a trip to the sea.
We had a really exceptionnaly nice holiday – the wonderful hosts , the spacious and well kept villa and the calm environement was for us the perfect setting. We will recommend this villa to our friends – and say “millelgracie ” to our outstanding italian couple Valerio and Paola
