Tuscan villa rental with 10 beds in the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October.
The farmhouse is located between Volterra and San Gimignano in a hilly position with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool from where you can admire the panorama of the Tuscan hills.
The cottage for rent is located on two floors with 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 3 living rooms and 3 kitchens, on the ground floor we find the loggia, 3 bedrooms, the largest kitchen, a sitting room and 3 bathrooms. Climbing the ancient stone stairs you reach the first floor with 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Villa has a 5000 square meter garden.
For the security of our guests we have put in the anti-theft and surveillance cameras.

Holiday home with pool in San Gimignano rent in the month of July.
The house that we offer for rent is on two floors and has a beautiful swimming pool (see photo)

This holiday home is called Villa le Ginepraie and can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people since it has 5 rooms with double bed and two sofa beds. The 5 bathrooms of the house are all very spacious with a large shower. In the cottage there are also 3 kitchens and 3 living rooms all with fireplace.

During the hot days of July you can dine under the porch, sheltered from the sun, while in the evenings watching the spectacle of the sunset.

This holiday home is in the hills of San Gimignano and has a beautiful swimming pool and during your stay in July will be very useful for cooling down after a “hard” day spent visiting the villages of the area.

You can rent the whole villa, so you can enjoy total privacy.
5 are the bedrooms with bathrooms, 3 kitchens and three living rooms with fireplace. The garden of 5000 square meters allows you to enjoy the views on the hills, a beautiful lodge will give you the opportunity to eat together on a wooden table. The villa also has a terrace with a table for 12 people and a stone oven.
The swimming pool of the villa in Tuscany is located in a panoramic position. it has teak loungers with mattresses, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

Review: we had a wonderful holiday with ours family (there were 12 persons).
The villa is for me a 5 star hotel.
Each room has a bathroom and shower. To me, this is very important because everyone has their own independence. Then although there were five children, he did not feel the noise in the rooms.
There are 3 beautiful kitchens and there is the opportunity to eat either outside or under the loggia.
The pool is beautiful.
We were greeted like royalty. The owner lives very close with his wife and little girl. The owners are always available at the same time very discreet, so you do not feel observed. For me, this villa is to be recommended to all!!

This farmhouse with pool can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people and is ideal for families with children and groups of friends who want to pull the plug immersed in the peace and relaxation of these beautiful areas.
