HISTORY of the Tuscan villa 8 people
This Villa is an old farmhouse of peasants of which there are traces as early as 1600.
It was part of the Fattoria di Pignano with its village and its ancient parish church.
The main farmhouse served as a stable for the cows on the ground floor and as a dwelling, barn on the first floor.
Over the years the barn, the dovecote and the pigsty have been added.
With the industrial revolution these farms were abandoned only to be rediscovered from the 1980s onwards.
In 2006, after having completely renovated this old Tuscan farmhouse while maintaining the characteristics of the past, we have used it as a holiday villa in Tuscany for 8 people.

Passing through ancient stone stairs you will arrive at the first floor where you will find 2 rooms both with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom
EXTERIOR:
A beautiful loggia with wooden table will be useful on rainy or windy days, while the large 60 square meter pergola you can enjoy all day to eat on the large wooden table or relax in the outdoor lounge with a panoramic view.
An ancient stone oven will give you the opportunity to create bread and pizzas to your liking while the fenced, panoramic swimming pool will allow you to relax.
In the guarded car park with security camera, you will find an electric car charger that you can use for free.
