THE VILLA:
the villa is on 2 floors for 500 square meters in total, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a beautiful loggia with a wooden table for eating in case of rain, and a 60 square meter pergola with sitting area and table overlooking the sunset.
The first floor is accessed via an ancient stone staircase and there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
OUTDOORS:
the villa has a large garden, and as it is located on a hill you have a 360 degree view. In the parking lot you can park 4 cars comfortably, the swimming pool with teak beds and chairs is cleaned every morning and disinfected with electrolysis. An ancient stone oven can be useful for preparing bread and pizza all together.
SERVICES:
To make your holiday more pleasant, we only make available to people who rent our private villa a whole series of services such as the cook, the masseur, the yoga teacher, the guide for excursions in the area’s paths. There is also the possibility of having extra cleaning and changes.
