Just a short distance from our Tuscan villa, there is a beautiful waterfall in the magic woods of Pignano, the waterfall is active until April, then if it does not rain it remains dry until October, however the surrounding environment is very characteristic and deserves a visit
Starting from the Ginepraie it takes about 30 minutes, leaving the parking of the villa, and you get to the 2 ponds, continue uphill, then when there is a bend to the left you take a smaller road downhill to the right. Then take the first street on the left and go into the woods, walk until you reach a crossroad of paths, take the path to the right and continue until you get to a big monolith, proceed and come to the magical environment of the waterfall.
