Villa Le Ginepraie organizes for its guests truffle hunting: an expert truffle hunter will take a walk in the woods and show you how the dogs are able to find truffles.
In our area you can find different types of truffles. From September to December you can find the white truffle (Tuber magnatum) – the most prized of all – between January and April you can find a smaller white truffle said Marzuolo (Tuber Albidum Pico), while between June and November is easy to find black truffle said Scorzone (Tuber aestivum).
